PYSQRA – Product Policy & Return Policy
1. Product Condition
  • All products sold by PYSQRA are consumer-return or off-lease electronics.

  • Items may show minor cosmetic wear such as scratches or signs of prior use.

  • Products listed as “Open Box” or “Open Unit” have been opened and handled previously.

2. Testing & Functionality

  • Most devices undergo basic testing only, which may include:

    • Power-on / boot test

    • Basic hardware check

  • Full diagnostic testing is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

3. Sales Policy

  • All sales are considered final after purchase inspection, except under the return conditions below.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect and test the device at the time of pickup if possiable.

4. Return Policy (15 Days – Functional Defects Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase only if:

    • The device has a functional defect

    • The issue was not disclosed at the time of sale

5. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, wear)

  • Battery life expectations

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Software issues after purchase

  • Damage caused after pickup

6. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be in the same condition as sold

  • No physical damage or tampering

  • Must include original components (if provided)

7. Resolution

  • Approved returns may be:

    • Repaired, OR

    • Replaced (if available), OR

    • Refunded at seller’s discretion

8. Important Notice
By purchasing from PYSQRA, the buyer agrees to:

  • The as-is nature of products

  • The limited testing process

  • The 15-day functional return policy only
